Ham and turkey get all the carols and thanks. We felt like beef was an underrated holiday feast icon. So we made a series of ads and videos promoting a feature-length holiday film starring a prime rib roast as it cooks from start to finish for two hours and some odd minutes. That’s it. That is literally all that happens in the movie. You can watch it below and see for yourself how a good cut of beef shines without too many bells and whistles.
